Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To return items:

  1. Please arrange for the return of the products at your own cost.
  2. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund minus the 20% handling fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order panels

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper installation or handling

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at sales@solidwallpanels.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
